Job Description
Akerman is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in litigation legal support and advanced technology skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation legal support
- E-Filing experience within state, district, and appellate courts
- Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations and court systems
- Working knowledge of Litigation applications such as Legal Tracker, CompuLaw, or CounselLink
- Advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
