Job Description
Akicita Federal is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to support oral health initiatives at the Sisseton Indian Health Service Unit. This role provides preventative dental care, patient education, and clinical services to the Native American community as part of a healthcare team.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in any U.S. state or territory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Dental Record systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
