Job Description
Akiem is recruiting a junior operational management controller to transform operational data into clear analyses that help drive performance, margin, and reliability of KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in control of management, management/finance, or equivalent.
- Internship/alternance or first job in control of management, data/BI, or operational environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Rigor, sense of structure, analytical spirit, ability to make data speak and produce clear deliverables.
- Business mindset: understanding of client/supplier flows, sensitivity to operational drivers (supplier costs, availability, contracts).
- Collaboration: comfortable coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Sales, and meeting monthly cadences.
