Job Description
AKQA is seeking a Project Director to lead and manage projects exceeding £1.5m, either independently or through Project Managers. This role involves delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality, as well as client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team leader, innovative thinker, and focused on delivering exceptional value.
Requirements
- Responsible for the successful delivery of highly complex projects with revenue exceeding £1.5m.
- Analytical and understands project context within the client's business.
- Structure projects appropriately and manage projects within a cross-functional framework.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Manage multiple suppliers and senior clients.
- Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of the Delivery team.
- Varying project methodologies and adapting delivery based on client needs.
- Experience with Scrum, DSDM, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
