Senior UI/ UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will shape user experiences for client's digital channels, translating product strategy and user research into compelling interfaces. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, bridging design, product, engineering, and content teams. Strong portfolio, experience with responsive design, and skill in interaction design are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered approach.

Requirements

• 6–8 years in UI/UX, interaction, or digital product design, ideally in agency, product, or studio settings
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital design
• Experience designing multi-platform responsive/adaptive interfaces
• Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, Principle)
• Solid skills in interaction design, micro-interactions, motion, IA, user flows, and wireframing
• Experience with design systems, style guides, modular UI, and component libraries
• Understanding of Web and app experience design
• Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and inclusive design principles
• Skilled in usability testing, rapid prototyping, and iterative design
• Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for user-centered design
• Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
• High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to deliver under tight timelines
