Job Description
AKSA Power Generation USA is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Manager for LATAM countries to join our fun and fast-paced team. We're looking for someone who has a passion for problem-solving, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group of people, and can take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions!
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in managing sales process
- Sales experience in Power Generation, heavy machinery a plus
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to assigned territories
- Native Spanish speaking is a MUST
