We are seeking a Services Delivery / Customer Success Lead with a strong engineering background and experience in asset integrity management within the Chemicals, Downstream, or Upstream Energy sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- Proven background in asset integrity management within the Chemicals, Downstream, and/or Upstream Energy sectors.
- Demonstrated success as a project manager in asset or energy-related fields, managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong technical understanding of simulation engineering processes and model validation workflows.
- Experienced in SaaS solution deployment and formulation in customer-facing environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally to support client and project needs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and team-focused with demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, customer-facing settings.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing technical and operational challenges effectively.
