Financial Controller - APAC

Akuna Capital is seeking a Financial Controller to join their Finance department. The role involves monitoring and improving accounting control procedures, supervising the accounting team, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and experience in the trading industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience in managerial role
• Experience leading the finance team of a trading company or public accounting experience in the financial services (trading entities) industry
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office software, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
