Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Sunshine, Melbourne. This role is responsible for managing preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role
- Experience with SAP or similar CMMS platforms
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance
- Proven ability to manage contractors and maintenance budgets
- Familiarity with safety compliance and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
