R&D Chemist

Join our R&D team as an R&D Chemist to maintain and optimize our packaging coatings portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and market demands.

Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in coatings or a similar industry, with strong formulation and testing skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experimental design software or statistical analysis.
• Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required.
• Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area).
