Job Description
AkzoNobel is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to perform written and telephone customer contact, clarify debtor accounts, and process customer orders. The ideal candidate has a commercial education, knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a commercial education
- Good knowledge of SAP and safe use of common MS Office applications
- Well-developed mathematical understanding and logical thinking
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
- High level of reliability, flexibility, and resilience
- Fluent German knowledge, English knowledge is an advantage
