Investment Manager | Real Estate | Corporate Finance

The Investment Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Real Estate Group with comprehensive financial analysis and strategic planning. The incumbent is responsible for managing and enhancing feasibility studies, conducting valuations, and leading financial modeling for investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Financial analysis and strategic planning experience
• Experience using Estate Master software and building Excel feasibility models
• Proficient in managing real estate valuations through Argus
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Proven critical and strategic thinking with problem-solving capability
• Business degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
• Qualification of CFA / CAIA / CMA / CFI; RICS qualification preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in investment and real estate feasibility field, with at least 5 years in the GCC region
