We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our Honda Service/Body Shop team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality service and repair work on customer vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to dealership standards.

Requirements

• Execute repair and service tasks as per the daily schedule and job card requirements.
• Identify and report additional repair needs, along with cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate check sheets, log sheets, and repair documentation.
• Keep tools, equipment, and your work bay in optimal condition.
• Diagnose issues accurately and ensure a “Fix It Right First Time” approach.
• Perform final inspections in line with SOPs.
• Meet productivity and efficiency targets through effective time management.
• Complete required eLearning and on the job training programs.
• Safely handle all tools, equipment, and hazardous tasks while following guidelines.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety drills, and awareness programs.
• Report incidents promptly and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Support customer satisfaction improvement by minimizing repeat repairs.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
