Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• A solid understanding of automotive products, processes, and technical details.
• A passion for going the extra mile to delight customers.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus!
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• A strong team player with the flexibility to work extended hours to meet targets and customer commitments.
