At Alamar, we are passionate about enabling our customers to make scientific discoveries that translate into clinical outcomes and benefit patients. We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Bioinformatics Software to lead our software and analytics team.
Requirements
- Lead biostatistics and analytics efforts to support R&D projects and external collaborations.
- Design, develop, and maintain software stacks for biological data analysis.
- Provide statistical expertise and advanced analytics services to internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic partners to deliver high-quality insights.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2–4 software engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data integrity and reproducibility.
- Drive innovation in computational methods and tools for biological data analysis.
