Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. We're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Global Architecture team to design cross-cutting modules, remove technical blockers, and orchestrate data transformations to enable global-first product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Problem-solving skills with complex business problems
• Experience with diverse architectural patterns and ability to articulate trade-offs
• Ability to navigate complex systems and design efficient systems and engineering practices
• Passion for building products and self-starting and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in English
• High potential and curiosity
