Requirements
- Prepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.
- Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&A processes.
- Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g., Corporate, LBO, Refinancing, etc ).
- Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc.).
- Engage directly with debt investors, including amongst others, banks and institutional investors.
- Support the origination of new financing opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, lenders, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.
