Job Description
AlayaCare is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the Delivery phase of Cloud implementations, working closely with consultants and customers. This role involves translating business processes, providing expert guidance, and driving product adoption through training and enablement. The specialist will be a subject matter expert, capable of managing projects, training trainers, and setting up learner progress in AlayaCare University.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience overall, including 1+ year(s) in SaaS with complex implementations and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven training and facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
