Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10-15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Leadership roles, ideally in the industrial or commodity, or a similar sector
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and/or go-to-market strategies
• Demonstration of Strategic Planning and Execution ability
• Experience in market segmentation/market mapping, positioning and competitive analysis
• Experience managing and leading global projects and programs in a matrix environment
