Nurse Consultant, Communicable Disease

The Government of Alberta is seeking a skilled Nurse Consultant specializing in communicable disease to join their team. This role involves leading development of CD guidelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting public health responses to communicable diseases. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing plus 4 years of progressively responsible experience in communicable disease, public health, research, policy development, and/or analysis.
• Regulated membership in the appropriate college.
• Experience in notifiable disease case/outbreak investigation, communicable disease surveillance, or experience with notifiable disease reporting.
