Program Manager I (Youth Residential Care)

At Albertina Kerr, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Program Manager who is ready to lead and empower our neighborhood group home to help each individual we support achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A required minimum two years of experience delivering attendant care in a setting regulated by either the Oregon Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority
• At least one year of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of two or more individuals
