HVAC Comfort Consultant

As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will work with customers to determine their HVAC needs and recommend suitable solutions. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting HVAC products and services. You will also be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably within the residential sector
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Persuasive and confident presentation skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
