Job Description
This Project Manager role at Albireo Energy involves supporting a department, coordinating and completing projects on time and within budget. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to quality and safety standards. It supports Ft. Meade and the Baltimore area.
Requirements
- Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths.
- Review project specifications and identify project intent.
- Develop and manage Sub-Contractor scope of work.
- Oversee and manage risk management.
- Forecast and track project revenues.
- Support project-related documentation (Submittals, RFI's, etc.).
