Job Description
This Senior Project Manager role is critical for delivering complex client-focused solutions projects. The PM will manage all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a client-first mindset, focusing on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Skills: Technical Proficiency (HVAC/Electrical controls), Project Leadership, Problem Solving & Adaptability, Communication & Leadership.
- Financial Acumen (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing).
- Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
