Job Description
The Senior SAP PTM Functional Specialist is accountable for driving operational excellence through the optimization of SAP S/4HANA processes, specifically in the Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) areas.
Requirements
- Act as the SAP functional lead for PTM processes in a live RISE with SAP environment.
- Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA modules: PP-PI, and EWM to support manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation of enhancements post-go-live.
- Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient and compliant SAP solutions.
- Support and optimize key SAP activities including process order management, batch management, warehouse staging, MRP, and stock handling.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP, EWM, MM, and QM modules.
- Partner with developers on functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and Fiori apps.
- Support testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and lead defect resolution activities.
- Document configuration, write SOPs, and provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GxP standards and support system validation where necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in future SAP rollout phases
