Job Description
Alcazar Energy is seeking a Construction Manager for the North Macedonia region. The role involves ensuring project site performance meets specifications, adhering to contracts and regulations, managing contractors, and overseeing project completion. This position contributes to the sustainable energy transition and requires strong communication, project management, and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Civil or Electrical preferred)
- Nebosh General Certificate or Project Management qualification is desired
- 15 years of experience managing site works for renewables or construction projects
- 5 years at Construction Management level
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, knowledge of Macedonian is an advantage
- Excellent people management skills
