As MES Opcenter Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced IT systems, influence IT strategies, and ensure solutions align with long-term business goals.
Requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions based on Opcenter capabilities
- Design and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives
- Create business cases to highlight the ROI and value proposition of Opcenter MES
- Develop solution blueprints, data models, workflows, and UI mockups
- Manage a common MES code base across globally distributed systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution
- Translate business requirements into MES functional specifications
- Develop and optimize MES workflows aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95)
- Lead MES deployment projects including configuration, testing, and validation
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot MES-related issues to maintain system stability and performance
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes
- Support MES upgrades, enhancements, and customization extensions
- Manage and execute GxP documentation (e.g., test scripts) to ensure compliance
- Provide on-call support for manufacturing sites as needed
- Partners with Adoption SME to drive tool adoption and to enhance user experience
