Payroll Specialist with Ukrainian, Polish and English

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to execute the payroll function for Alcon associates. The role involves managing and executing monthly payroll operations, creating and maintaining payroll reports, and supporting legally required processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian, Polish, and English
• Min. 1 year of experience in Polish, Ukrainian payroll processing
• Excellent customer service behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Time Management expertise and experience
• Effective use of technology and payroll supplier tools
