Sr. Associate III, Software Engineering

Lead design, development, and maintenance of automation test frameworks using Python, C#, FlaUi and Ranorex. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and test framework development
• Expertise in Python and C# for automation
• In-depth knowledge of FlaUi, Ranorex, API testing, and BDD frameworks
• Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and source control using tools like Azure DevOps and Git
• Proven leadership in defining test automation strategies and leading automation initiatives
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence automation direction across the organization
