Job Description
The position of Assistant Vice President – Development requires a candidate to manage the development of various assets (residential, retail, mixed-use) from inception to completion. This involves coordinating internal and external stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, developing financial models, and proposing commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the GCC real estate market and architectural design principles.
Requirements
- Assist in managing business development activities for land, residential retail and mixed-use assets.
- Develop feasibility studies and identify new development opportunities.
- Review pre-concept test fit, concept master plans, and detailed master plans.
- Review and update development manager on schedules and project deliverables.
