This role supports the performance management of Aldar’s residential and commercial property portfolio by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and coordination activities to enhance value and optimize returns. It focuses on strategic asset management, market research, and risk management, seeking UAE nationals.
Requirements
- Support in the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
- Reviewing market research outcomes and forecasting changes.
- Assessing and managing assets' risks.
- Conducting valuation / financial modeling.
