As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, and support teams throughout execution. The role requires a deep understanding of data, analytics, and related fields, as well as experience in Agile methodology and project management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience in large healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or related fields
- Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology/concepts in product development
- Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories
- Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes, conducting user research, and using data to inform business decision-making
- Experience creating wireframes independently and/or in coordination with designers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving, prioritization, and building subject matter expertise
- Knowledge of alternative payment models related to primary care such as MSSP ACOs, Pioneer ACOs, commercial insurance shared savings programs, PCMH
