Director, Payer Strategy & Engagement, Remote

The Director of Payer Strategy & Engagement will lead and execute the strategic intent of Aledade's partnerships with national and regional health plans as we help primary care providers shift into value-based care.

Requirements

• Manage strategic payer portfolios across all states and segments to maximize platform contribution, including building multi-year strategic plans
• Develop and build strong, collaborative relationships with payer partners to align and execute on shared priorities
• Contribute to the company's goals on health plan contracting for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid value-based contracts via your assigned payer partnerships
