Job Description
Aledade is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of ML/AI engineers in developing solutions to save lives and improve mental and physical health. The role involves building a high-performing team, driving technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. This is a full-time remote position within a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer
- 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams
- Strategic Vision for AI/ML (7+ years experience)
- Technical Expertise in Machine Learning with strong preference for Python
- Experience in designing and implementing secure AI/ML platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- AI/ML experience in healthcare/enterprise settings
- Domain specific KSA’s
