Job Description
AlertMedia is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This role focuses on creating and maintaining secure applications and services across AWS and other cloud platforms, ensuring they are robust and protected against modern threats. The ideal candidate will be a security-first individual who excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, proactively addressing security issues and architecting secure solutions.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree (degree preference for engineering).
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services).
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated DevSecOps Engineering role.
- Experience with network, infrastructure, container orchestration, and application security best practices.
- Comfortable writing IaC code.
- Experience managing large scale deployments.
- Knowledge of authentications technologies (SAML, OAuth).
