Job Description
Alethea is seeking a Director of Analysis to lead their team and drive the use of in-depth analysis to combat false and misleading information. The role involves leading analysts in assessing reputational, security, regulatory, and cyber risks, as well as building new features and automating analytic workflows. This role prioritizes both analytical excellence and productization, ensuring Alethea delivers value to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in intelligence analysis, political science, international relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven success in a senior analytic leadership role
- USG and private sector analysis experience strongly preferred
- Ability to assess reputational, security, regulatory, and cyber risks
- Experience partnering with product/engineering teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Track record of building and leading high-performing analytic teams
