Job Description
Alexander Dennis is seeking a Field Service Bus Technician to provide hands-on support for vehicle repairs at customer workshops, vendor facilities, and on-site. The role involves overseeing repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely completion and technical training. This is a dynamic, 24-hour operational environment position.
Requirements
- Background in vehicle repair.
- Detailed knowledge of ADL products and procedures.
- Certified and licensed Mechanic
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on ADL Enviro range of low emission buses or similar
- Communicative skills in written, oral, and electronic.
- Experience of vehicle maintenance procedures and operation.
- Full Valid Driving Licence and ideally PCV or Commercial Driving Licence
- High level of electrical knowledge and experience
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Sufficient self-organising and planning skills.
