We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support for our vehicles across Germany and beyond. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and bodywork issues, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualified mechatronics engineer with demonstrable experience in the repair and maintenance of buses, including body, electrical and mechanical.
- Electrical diagnostic skills including the use of 'Multiplexer' systems.
- IT literate, being comfortable with Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Systematic and clean way of working, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Dependable, punctual and reliable, with excellent self-organising and planning skills.
- Customer focused, with the appropriate level of skills to communicate on a technical and commercial level.
- Strong German and English language skills (written and verbal).
- Appropriate Driving License(s) - C / CE an advantage
- Able and prepared to work overtime and out of hours as required, as well as spending time in other countries as required
