Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Supervising/mentoring staff
• Managing discovery
• Taking/defending depositions
• Writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
• Preparing for trial
