Job Description
A growing professional services firm in Boston is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage the accounting group and process. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with all levels of the firm.
Requirements
- Lead the accounting team (1-3)
- Monthly close and oversight of operational accounting
- Presenting reports to the partners
- Process improvements within the department
- Working with outside CPA and Advisory firms
- Assist with budgeting / forecasting
