Benefits Technology Specialist

Seeking a Benefits Technology Specialist with strong understanding of group insurance benefits and payroll solutions. Responsibilities include accurate interpretation of client-specific rules, review and translation of data, and high-level customer relations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of a broad array of group insurance benefits
• Understanding of payroll solutions and how benefits integrate
• Accurate interpretation of client-specific rules and eligibility
• Review and translate data from the employer, applicable carriers and other sources
• Support the client management team in handling renewal decisions and issues
• Identify, track and report issues or enhancements required to meet current industry standard business rules and functionality
• Provide high level customer relations including client training and day-to-day problem solution and support
• Conduct client demonstrations of both small and large group platform solutions
• Ensure a high level of quality is produced on the team by performing quality audits and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on team members’ work
