Job Description
Our client is looking for a strong technical accounting and SEC reporting leader to oversee revenue recognition, complex accounting matters, and all external reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 10+ years of experience, including leadership in technical accounting or reporting
- Strong U.S. GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting expertise
- ERP/reporting systems experience (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
