Boutique CPA firm seeking Tax Manager to manage client relationships, review responsibilities, and lead team. Flexible hybrid schedule and supportive culture.
Requirements
- CPA or EA preferred
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience, including return review
- Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
- Confident communicator with proven client relationship skills
- Experience leading and mentoring staff
- Proficiency with common tax prep platforms (UltraTax, ProSystem, Lacerte, or similar)
