Commissioning Engineer

As a Commissioning Engineer at Alfa Laval, you will be responsible for commissioning products and systems on new-building ships, inspecting and troubleshooting, and providing training to shipcrew and shipyard staff. You will also be involved in sales-support activities and other allied jobs.

Requirements

• Marine Engineering background
• Good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Marine Engineer
• Knowledge of boiler mechanisms, control systems, and components
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force
• Flexible and service-minded attitude
• Independent and situational ability
• High levels of trust, reliability, and confidentiality
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
