We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide proactive, hands-on support to customers and Field Service Engineers, managing orders and coordinating internal teams and processes to ensure timely, accurate, and successful order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Manage the full order-to-cash process for complex orders, from acceptance to invoicing.
- Oversee order fulfillment, procurement of equipment and parts, technical coordination, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and invoicing.
- Serve as main contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Handle purchasing, supplier documentation, and international trade logistics (export/import, customs).
- Track backlog and work-in-progress; manage customer and supplier claims.
- Coordinate with the factory and company headquarters.
- Schedule deliveries and send shipment notifications.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and reminders.
