Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Order to Cash to provide direct support to customers throughout the order to cash process and keep them updated on deliveries. The role involves managing the order to cash process, customer support, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Manage the order to cash process for Standard/ Nonstandard Orders
- Customer support during the process: Order Entry, Order acceptance (OC), communication to channels regarding OC, order status, delivery date
- Backlog and WIP maintenance
- Claims & Free Supply OA administration
- Coordination with cross functional teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support Team, Warehouse etc.)
