Head of Global Service Sales

As Head of Global Service Sales for Heat Exchanger Services, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the service sales strategy for the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies Business Unit. You will shape the direction of our global service organization, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive profitable growth of after-sales services.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with heat exchangers technology, applications, and industry knowledge
• At least 5 years’ responsibility for a service business area
• Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
• Proven management experience and a strategic, execution-focused mindset
• Demonstrated B2B track record in developing and executing business plans to grow service sales of aftermarket parts and services
