Job Description
As a Project Manager at Alfa Laval, you will drive capital investments and process improvements, manage medium to large sized projects, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. The role requires a strong proficiency in MS Project, PRINCE 2, PMP, and excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience in capital equipment project management
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, PRINCE 2, PMP, or equivalent
- AutoCAD or a drafting software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability of financial modeling, capital budgeting, and ROI analysis
