Shop Supervisor - Operations

As a Shop Supervisor - Operations, you will lead daily operations and manage personnel within our factory, overseeing the flow of new capital equipment and after-sales service items to ensure timely delivery, production reliability, and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and quality targets.
• Monitor production progress versus plan and make necessary adjustments to achieve on-time delivery.
• Apply ALPS methodologies, including DMAIC problem-solving, to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of ALPS and DSB, serving as the communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET).
• Promote cross-training across machining, welding, and assembly work cells to enhance workforce flexibility and operational reliability.
• Ensure all equipment is properly operated and maintained to support production goals.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for personnel and equipment.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and support employee development.
• Collaborate with management to provide feedback and develop strategies for workflow optimization.
