Requirements

• Responsible for the performance, input and output of the unit
• Set and follow up targets for the unit
• Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain activities
• Responsible for managing standard order team
• Create, update, and maintain supply chain processes
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Implement inventory sourcing strategies
• Implement and maintain supply chain processes within the unit
• Develop and motivate people to grow with the company
• Implement policies, standards, values and culture
• Responsible for safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products
• Quality + Q-system
• Delivery
• Cost
• Secure Standardized work & SOP
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
• Support and initiate supplier development activities
• Participate in NEP and give input to EPD
• Secure the result of continuous improvement activities
• Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities
• Participate in making the Operational plan
• Involved in new product development and give input to EPD
• Responsible for that Supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained
